Hourly Pay Rate $41.00 - $63.00 (depending on years of experience)
Relocation Assistance Available – depending on residency
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time / Part-Time $5,000 Sign-on (1/2 Sign-On for New Grads)
Physical Therapist
Performs physical therapy evaluations, establishes a plan of care to meet identified goals, provides treatments, evaluates effectiveness of treatments, and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting required
- New Grads can be considered
